First of all, it was very pleasing to see a lot of browns and camel colors on the street instead of blacks and grays today! (although I was wearing black and gray.... ) Some of the other dominating colors I saw on the streets of New York were different tones of blues, tanned orange (almost camel or browns), purple (only a few wearing as their accesorries, such as, scarves and hats). I went to Meatpacking district, Highlines and Chelsea area and the experience of looking at what people were wearing and really seeing the trends on the street was very pleasing and fun. I also was very happy that everybody was so kind and willing to help me take their pictures!
This French woman whom I met at the Meatpacking District is wearing different tones of browns or rather camel colors with a red shoulder bag that stands out to complete her outfit. She also took a picture of me taking her picture, which was very interesting and also funny, and asked me which school I go to :) She is an NBA graduate from S Mode, France, and I was so touched by the fact that she wished me a luck in the fashion industry.

I could not ask these ladies if I could take a picture of them because they were in a conversation, but I was right behind them so I just took a picture of them. The woman on the right side is wearing a brown mustang with a red bag standing out! (which is really why I wanted to take a picture)

I had to take this family's picture..... Aren't they so cute? The colors of this couple and their baby are wearing all match in harmony. Camel, Navy and different tones of blues! I don't know if you can see in the picture, but the baby is holding a green sunglasses.... I named this picture as the Fashionista Family of NY!

Another couple dressed in Camel and Blue. The woman is even wearing the trend colors (hot pink sweater and purple tights) of Spring 2011 underneath her camel poncho. I think I want to call the man a "blueman" because everything on his outfit is different tones of blues! I especially love his shoes.

I waited for her to cross the road.. I love how she matched her colors! Camel scarf, navy coat, light blue skirt, gray knitted tights and not to mention her fabulous white and beige sneakers.

Very cute friends on the street of Meatpacking District. I loved how the girl on the left is wearing baby blue sweater and jeans to match with her brown fur vest. And the girl on the right, I love her posing, and the way that she is dragging her beige scarf... don't you agree? I also like her tanned orange leather biker jacket.

A European woman. She is not wearing anything brown but has some kind of blue within her scarf and navy blue stripe t-shirt underneath her jacket. I also love her bloody red lipsticks!

And some other pictures I have taken on the street....
Cute photographer couple on the street. Again, camel!
A military looking man. Brown, Khaki, and Black!
